SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION!

In 2015, the Tourism Fair held in Gdansk evolved into the FREE TIME Tourism and Free Time Festival. And that was just it!

The first and secend edition of the Festival turned out to be a great success. The first event was attended by more than 13,000 people! The second edition of the festival was visited by – 23.000 people !!!

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Free Time 2016 in its new yet proven form is a two-day-long event which is held over the weekend and which brings together several complementary projects at the same time and place. TOURISM AND FREE TIME – presentation and promotion of free time related ideas and offers:

• TOURISM ZONE - tourist attractions and products from the Tri-City, the regions cities from Poland and abrod.
• SPORT AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLE ZONE - offers covering all forms of spending your free time in an active manner
• KAJAK EXPO - an event for kayaking enthusiasts, and offers from organisers of sports
• and recreational events, e.g. marathon and triathlon races, skating, nordic walking, climbing, water sports, etc.
• ACTIVE - offers from sports clubs, kayaking and yachting clubs, sports events, jogging, biking paths,
• promotion of all sports events held in the Tri-City and in the region, sports arena offer.
• CULTURE AND SCIENCE ZONE - offer from museums, theatres, operas, philharmonics, etc.; culture and entertainment, new cultural investments in Gdansk, in the region, and in Poland;
• CHILDREN ZONE - presentation of offers addressed at children; attractions and events for the youngest ones.
• CULINARY ZONE - offers from restaurants, pubs, culinary event organisers, etc.
